MemberMailer License

MemberMailer and MemberMailer Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2+).

The GNU GPL gives users the freedom to use, modify and redistribute the software in accordance with the terms of the licence.

MemberMailer

MemberMailer is available free of charge and is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later.

You may install and use MemberMailer on any number of websites, subject to the terms of the GPL.

MemberMailer Pro

MemberMailer Pro is commercial software and is distributed under the same GNU General Public License version 2 or later.

Purchasing MemberMailer Pro provides access to the current MemberMailer Pro software together with 12 months of software updates and support.

Support is provided for one nominated website during the active support period.

The GPL licence itself does not restrict the number of websites on which MemberMailer Pro may be installed or used. The one-site limitation applies only to the support service provided by Melic Systems.

When the 12-month period ends, the version of MemberMailer Pro already downloaded may continue to be used. Renewal is required to continue receiving MemberMailer Pro updates and support.

Software Updates

MemberMailer uses the Joomla Update System to provide software updates.

MemberMailer Free users may receive updates made available for the free edition.

An active MemberMailer Pro subscription is required for continued access to Pro updates and associated support services.
